This is one stupid man it would seem. Comedian Andy Dick has been arrested yet again! This time, he kissed a dude at a club and grabbed him in the crotch in front of the victim’s girlfriend, and also grabbed the crotch of the male bouncer! This dude’s got some balls! Or lack of them, as he feels the need to go feeling up on everyone else’s! The dude has a long arrest record, and is currently on probation for other stupid incidents. Will people like this ever learn? Doubt it.
